Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E is a nutritional supplement for pigs and poultry. It is used when selenium and/or vitamin E is required in the diet, or as a replacement in the feed. Because Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E is administered in liquid form via the animals’ drinking water, the ease with which it is absorbed is many times greater than when administered in a dry form via the feed.

Selenium is an essential element in the enzyme system glutathione peroxidase, which removes free radicals within the body. When there is a lack of selenium, this enzyme is unable to work effectively, in which case free radicals can affect the animal’s health.
Vitamin E is a tocopherol. Intracare uses the most active form of this type of compound: dl-alpha tocopherol, to be specific. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that also removes free radicals in the body.
Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E is a very high quality product and contains a very high concentration of vitamin E (200g per litre).

- Prior to and following moments of stress.

Application
Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E should be administered via drinking water. Because the product will be administered via the animals’ water, weaker animals will also receive the product and it will have a better effect than if these products were administered in mix feed.
Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E is a stable, liquid product that is added to the drinking water using a dosage pump. Dose at a rate of 50 – 100 ml Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E per 1000 litres of drinking water. Animals should be dosed with Intra Mineral Se + Vit. E for a period of 5 days.
